1 General Terms

Takbet App (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "Takbet App") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of using the Takbet App website and mobile application.

Takbet App reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

3 Account Management

• Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to delays.

Third-Party Transactions

Takbet App does not accept deposits made from another person's mobile banking account. Any such deposit received will be returned and the account will be subject to verification.

5 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Takbet App initiates the cancellation.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

Maximum Win Limit

• Betting using information related to match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated betting systems or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets on the same outcome from multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The minimum deposit to qualify is ৳500, and a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim the same promotion only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security infrastructure.

• Attempting to harass or harm other users.
